Recognising our volunteers

Member for Stuart, Hon Dan van Holst Pellekaan, is encouraging community organisations and groups to say thank you to their volunteers by nominating them for the 2022 Premier’s Certificate of Recognition.

Mr van Holst Pellekaan said this was a fantastic opportunity to nominate one or more volunteers who have made an outstanding commitment and contribution to the community.

“We have countless volunteers in our electorate who dedicate so much of their time and ability to make their communities vibrant places to live, work and visit.

“This is a wonderful way to recognise and celebrate their contribution, as well as promote the importance of volunteering.”

This year marks 20 years of the certificate program – volunteers have the chance to be part of history and join the thousands of volunteers recognised by the Premier since 2002.

Submit your nomination for this certificate to award your top volunteers at an occasion such as National Volunteer Week events, on Volunteers Day, at an annual general meeting, or a special morning/afternoon tea.
